1.1 Whilst we do take all responsible steps to make sure that the information on this website is accurate, we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and up to date in line with other suppliers.
1.2 All material contained on this website is provided without any warranty of any kind. Please use the material and products at your own discretion.
1.3 All samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and photo content issued by Boss Rat and any descriptions or illustrations contained on this website or our social media platforms are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described. They shall not form part of a contract nor should be relied upon for sale by sample.
1.4 Under no circumstance should our product be used for human consumption, our products are frozen food produced for pets only.
1.5 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using our website.
1.6 Nothing in our terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the Law of the United Kingdom.

1.7 Boss Rat will not be held liable where a customer does not follow "feeding guidlines" as published on this website and may contract salmonella related illness from lack of personal hygiene measures.

PRIVACY POLICY

BOSS RAT is committed to ensure that your privacy is protected.

We use secure a payment method which protects both parties in a monetary transaction.
We may collect information from our customers such as names addresses and contact numbers but these are not stored with us .
We will not sell distribute or lease any of your personal information to third parties.

The only distribution of customer contact details are for shipping purpose only.
We give our trusted courier service providers your name address and telephone number to assist with delivery of your goods purchased through us.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

BOSS RAT will accept returns!

Buyer will need to make contact with BOSS RAT prior to returning the product.

Product must be returned unopened and frozen, in its original packaging with ice packs.

BOSS RAT will provide the customer with a returns address when requested.

BOSS RAT will not cover the cost of returns unless they deem it to be a valid reason, for example the customer not at fault.

BOSS RAT process refunds on returned product within 5 days of receiving the returned unopened frozen goods

*We are only able to accept returns on unopened merchandise, we are unable to accept returns on mugs due to hygiene reasons

SPECIFIC TERMS REGARDING DELIVERY

Frozen product is shipped via next day delivery courier.

To qualify for next day delivery you will need to submit an online order by no later than 10:00am Monday to Thursday. Orders made on Fridays or weekends will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Orders are securely packed in polystyrene boxes with ice packs and insulation.
You MUST be in on your delivery day, we are unable to specify times with the courier provider.
We will not be liable for any losses if you miss your delivery, confirmation of delivery attempts are always available to us.
