Please note we can only add a maxium of 3 x 4.5kg blocks to any Boss Rat order due to weight restrictions.

DHL aim to deliver our parcels by 12 and usually email customers with a rough time frame for delivery. 

Sometimes delivery drivers do fall behind and are unable to meet the expected delivery time. 

Please make contact with us AFTER 1PM if your parcel is delayed so we are able to chase DHL for an update. 

Our cut of time for all orders is 10am.
We dispatch Monday -Thursday.
We do not dispatch any orders on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Any order received after 10am on Thursday is not processed or dispatched until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. 
Some examples are below:
Customer 1 orders at 9pm Sunday, this is sent Monday for delivery Tuesday
Customer 2 orders at 8.30am Thursday, this is sent Thursday for delivery Friday
Customer 3 orders any time Friday or Saturday, this is not sent until Monday for delivery Tuesday.

We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. 

Please bear this in mind and order before 10am Thursday if you want your order to be delivered Friday. 

All orders received AFTER 10am on Thursdays are not dispatched until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.

DHL allow a maximum weight of 25kg per box, this applies to all shipping options.
We weigh all our orders before dispatch, therefore we reserve the right to invoice any outstanding balance if more than one box is used and the weight exceeds 25kg.

For example, Reggie's raw food= Maximum of 40 rolls for one box charge.
We will make contact with customers who order over 25kg of product to discuss outstanding shipping fees and will NOT dispatch order until fees are paid.
