What is your return policy?
We accept returns providing the product is unopened in its original packaging and returned to us frozen.
We do not cover the cost of a return.
*We are only able to accept returns on unopened merchandise, we are unable to accept returns on mugs due to hygiene reasons*
Please make contact with us prior to a return to discuss an appropriate resolution!
How much is the minimum order?
£30! Happy shopping!
How much does shipping cost?

Where can I find your product weights?
We have a dedicated page listed in the menu tab above where you will find weights for our frozen rodents!
We also give an approximate weight guide for our frozen quail and chicks!
How do I track my order?
You will recieve tracking updates via DHL to the email address you provided us with at checkout stage!
My order has not arrived! Help?
Please contact us via email bossratuk@mail.com or on social media after 1pm on the day your order is due to arrive.
We will be more than happy to investigate the status of your order!
Do you ship worldwide?
We only ship within the UK!
What is the cut off time for next day delivery?
You must order before 10am to guarantee next day delivery, any orders received after cut off are processed the following day, this excludes Fridays and weekends!
All orders received after 10am on a Thursday are not processed until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.

When is your stock updated online?
All our product is fresh packed daily!

Can i collect my order if I live in South Wales UK?
Yes of course!
We are located in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales near Bike Park Wales, CF48 4TT
There is a collection option at checkout!
Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order, you will need to order the day before you collect and arrange a collection appointment with us!
Please follow "pick up" instructions given after checkout.
